Artist Statement
My art practice examines the conversations between art and viewer; relating to the view of life and the beliefs we have about the world around us.
My choice of materials are transparent, semi-transparent media to reflect light, creating layered optical colour mixing and light to challenge visual and cultural perception.
My work explores the notion of seeing things from multiple angles, physically & metaphorically. Thus challenging the viewer to question the the work beyond its aesthetic value.
